Heavy dutys and 360s for Huntley

UK telehandler and access rental company Geoff Huntley Plant has taken delivery of eight heavy duty and 360 degree Manitou telehandlers as part of a £1 million investment.

Purchased from Lloyd, the Manitou dealer in Newcastle upon Tyne, the order for the heavy duty telehandlers consists of three 12 tonne/9.62 metre MHT10120Ls and two eight tonne/6.8 metre MHT780s. It has also taken delivery of two MRT 2150 and a MRT 2540 Privilege + 360 degree telehandler with a fourth model scheduled for delivery next month.

Huntley Plant director Stephen Huntley said: “The Privilege Plus Rotos are excellent machines with great features which are already proving to be a success with our customers. I am extremely impressed with the range offered by Manitou not to mention their excellent customer service and back up offered by both them and our local dealer Lloyd.”

Huntley Plant has taken delivery of three 360 degree Manitou telehandlers with another due next month

The company also said it has plans to invest in more heavy duty and 360 degree telehandlers during the course of 2014 and that it has already placed a similar order.
