A Ragno for Brazilian mall

Brazilian shopping centre RioMar has taken delivery of a 39 metre dual-power Palazzani Ragno TSJ 39/R wheeled spider lift for general maintenance. The shopping centre is the first in Brazil to gain the AQUA certification – a certification given to buildings that meet stringent environmental quality standards regarding sustainability.

The TSJ 39/R’s telescopic boom and 170 degree articulating jib offers an outreach of 16 metres and a maximum platform capacity of 200kg. Its diesel/AC electric drive system also allows for it to be used to maintain both the inside and outside areas of the centre. Total weight is 7.5 tonnes.

RioMar is the largest shopping centre in Brazil outside of Sao Paulo and covers 9,300 square metres the centre has more than 400 stores, several restaurants and a gym.
