Tadano delivers Hewden ATs
UK based crane company Hewden, has started taking delivery of the 14 Tadano All Terrain cranes ordered last year. The order worth £9 million includes units with capacities of 70 to 130 tonnes.
Hewden has been working with Cranes UK (now Tadano UK) to train its operators and prepare the equipment.

Crane specialist Hewden has added 14 All Terrain cranes to its fleet in a deal worth £9million with Tadano Global.
Hewden crane hire manager Andrew Pearson said: “We are delighted to accept these 14 new All Terrain cranes into the fleet. The 130 tonne models extend our lifting capability giving our customers greater choice. My team of experienced operators have all enjoyed the training and familiarisation process on the new cranes ensuring our customers are even more efficient on site.”

The order covers 14 machines ranging from 70 – 130 tonnes.
Andrew Plant general manager of Cranes UK, said: “We are delighted to work in partnership with Hewden. Its operators have been trained at Crane UK’s training school, models all follow similar operating techniques, meaning operators are easily familiar with an ATF40 or an ATF400.”
