One Stop takes WHS

UK based One Stop Hire has acquired Lancashire based specialist training provider WHS Safety Solutions and rebranded it as One Stop Safety Training Solutions.

WHS is certified to provide IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, SMSTS & Confined Spaces training, from its new facility - which opened last year.

One Stop Safety Training Solutions says it will partner with family related Ainscough Training Services to offer a full range of training services. Lead trainer Ross Ciraolo will be joined by James Mckinnell and Beckie Thompson.

The WHS training centre already rebranded at One Stop Safety Training Solutions

Steve Hitchen One Stop Hire’s managing director said: “Last year more and more clients inquired about training, particularly in relation to access which was and still is our biggest growth area. We began to source training providers and it became another arm to our re-hire service. WHS was one of our suppliers and always delivered a first class service to our clients so when the company came on the market it made perfect sense to buy it.”

As construction grows again and employs more people the requirement for training will grow and we see this part of our business contributing annual revenues of £1 million within two years.”
