C-Tech closes UK operation

C-Tech Industries the joystick controllers, control boxes, and control system manufacturer has closed its operation in the UK.

The company says that the location in Shrewsbury was closed late last week and that it plans to service its customers from its European distributor network.

President Greg Greene said: “We want to make sure we are supporting our European customers in the best way possible. We have decided the best way to serve our overseas customers is through distributors. We want to thank our customers for their continued business and support. The superior C-Tech products will still be available to them and we look forward to deepening our relationships with our European customers through our distributors.”

“All calls to the UK number are currently being routed to the United States and re-routed accordingly. We are still working out some logistics with our distributors and they should be up and running soon.”

C-Tech opened its UK operation in June 2011 - see: C-Tech moves into Europe, expanded in May 2012 and has appointed distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Spain.
