Hiab loader cranes has signed a distribution and asset sale agreement with Christchurch based New Zealand Trucks, a subsidiary of Hellaby Equipment.
The deal moves Hiab from a ‘direct sales/wholly owned distributor model – to a classic independent distributor. The value of the transaction which closes today, has not been disclosed.
