JT Cranes adds Unic spiders
UK specialist crane rental company John Taylor Crane Services has added three Unic spider cranes to its fleet. All three cranes are the 2.9 tonne capacity URW-295s - the most popular of the smaller pedestrian operated cranes in the Unic range.

At just 600mm wide, the URW-295 can fit through a standard door frame, making it ideal for both internal and external lifting operations. The diesel powered machine can lift to a height of 9.8 metres when fitted with the 700kg capacity combined fly jib and searcher hook.
Features include the latest Rayco Wylie i4300 safe load indicator, which gives operator feedback on a high-resolution LCD screen.

The cranes were supplied by GGR, the European master distributor for Unic spider cranes. JT Cranes now has a fleet of 14 Unic spider cranes up to six tonnes capacity.
