IPAF North American convention
The International Powered Access Federation will hold its North American convention in Toronto, Canada, on October 1st and 2nd 2014.
Speakers will include Ontario Ministry of Labor’s director of training and safety programmes Cordelia Julien and Skyjack president Brad Boehler. Other speakers will include Kevin O’Shea of Hydro Mobile and Bill Doucette, NES Rentals vice president of human resources.
The programme will include a panel discussion on the subject of whether additional training should be required for complex machines, along with breakout sessions on aerial work platforms and mast climbers.
The convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel. A tour of the Skyjack facility will be held on the afternoon of October 1st - followed by a networking event in the evening.
