Blueline acquires JustRuss Rental

BlueLine Rental (previously Volvo Rents) has acquired JustRuss Rental with three locations in Alabama - Auburn, Calera and Gadsden. Terms of the transaction have not yet been disclosed.

Volvo Rents was acquired from Volvo by Platinum Equity in January, with the BlueLine Rental brand announced a month later.

BlueLine chief executive Phil Hobson said: “JustRuss is a great strategic fit for us and will expand our reach into an important part of the country. JustRuss has a well-earned reputation for quality service, and we look forward to continuing to deliver on the high standards the company’s customers have come to expect.”
