Ramirent signs tower crane deal
Finnish construction company Hartela has signed an agreement to outsource its fleet of tower cranes to Ramirent along with a five-year cooperation agreement.
The cooperation agreement also covers the supply of a wide range of equipment and services from Ramirent. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. As part of the agreement, three Hartela employees will transfer to Ramirent.
Hartella chief executive Hanna Kolehmainen said: “We have been evaluating different alternatives for developing our fleet management and we have now decided to outsource our tower crane operation. With this agreement we look forward to continuing our successful equipment rental cooperation with Ramirent.”
Anna Hyvönen of Ramirent Finland added: ”Hartela is a family owned construction company with long traditions in the history of Finnish construction. We have cooperated for a long time and with this fleet outsourcing and cooperation agreement we can further deepen our relation. Both parties, have high expectations for this new stage in our cooperation.”
