Haulotte climbs 24%

Haulotte has published its third quarter revenue report, with total sales for the first nine months up 24 percent to €319.9 million.
The improving trend of the first half, ticked up in the third quarter with revenues rising 39 percent to €113 million.

New machine sales for the nine months increased 27 percent to €272.9 million, with European and Asian Pacific sales leading the way rising 36 and 37 percent respectively. North American sales improved 28 percent, while South America continued to fall, declining 27 percent so far this year.

Rental revenues for the year to date improved five percent to €17.3 million, while parts and service revenues were up 18 percent to €29.7 million. The company now expects full year revenues to come in around 20 percent higher than last year – which would equate to around €410 million.

Another positive quarter for Haulotte thanks to a solid upturn in several European markets, while it continues to make good progress in the USA and Asia. It is quite likely that the company will finish the year closer to a 25 percent improvement over 2013. This should put the company in a good position to exceed its 2007 new machine sales record of €415 million in 2015.
