Imer choses TTControl

Italian based scissor and boom lift manufacturer Imer Access has selected TTControl, a TTTech and Hydac International joint-venture, as the electronics supplier for its latest range of spider lifts.

The company’s IM R13, IM R15 and IM R19 spider lifts will now be equipment with EN ISO 13849 PL d certified TTControls electronic control units.

Roberto Ferrari, TTControl director services and operations, said: “We are pleased to win Imer Access as a partner for our solutions and to be part of the development of a new line of self-propelled crawler areal working platforms, contributing to their electronic safety with our products. Roberto Arioli, Imer Access technical manager, added: “With the collaboration of TTControl we have been able to realise the new electronic concept for our new self-propelled areal platform product line, satisfying the new legal requirements from EN ISO 13849 regarding electronic control units and application software."
