Zagro/Zweiweg appoints King
German road rail equipment manufacturer Zagro has appointed the Kingrail division of King Highway to distribute its products in the UK.
The new partnership will include the products of both Zagro and Zweiweg and allows for King to assemble products in its Market Harborough factory should volumes justify it.

Kingrail was established as part of King’s specialist transport equipment business in 2008 and it is now heavily involved in the uprating and performance improvement of equipment used in track maintenance and renewals.
The Zagro group, which acquired Zweiweg in 2006, has become a major supplier of road rail vehicles in Germany and other markets. The product range includes vehicle mounted aerial lifts, lifting, cable handling and general maintenance. The company also offers a range of Unimog based shunters with towing capacities of up to 1,000 tonnes.
