TVH takes C-Tech

Belgian based parts and rental specialist TVH has acquired the assets of C-Tech Industries, the US base manufacturer of original and replacement joystick controllers and other electronic components.

Going forward C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on its existing product range and services.

C-Tech was founded in 1999 by Greg Greene and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio in an 1,700 square metre state of the art manufacturing facility. In recent years the company began opening up in Europe from a base in the UK, but closed the operation down last year at short notice.

Pat McLaughlin, president of TVH Parts U.S.A said: “We are excited to have the C-Tech staff join our team. They have a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience and we look forward to the collaboration of our teams in the coming months.”

C-Tech’s general manager Greg Greene, added: “C-Tech has always taken pride to design and build quality products. C-Tech will now be able to bring more innovative quality products to the customer with world-class support through TVH.”
