Nooteboom take over Pacton/Kennis
Low loader and trailer specialist Nooteboom has purchased the Kennis Trailers division of Pacton B.V. in Ommen, Holland.
Kennis specialises in the manufacture of brick-trailers and beds for the construction industry, producing over 100 semi-trailers a year. Its products are largely sold in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK.
Nooteboom’s strategy is to increase the sales of the existing Kennis product range, while expanding the service organisation, making use of the existing Nooteboom and Pacton Trailers service centres.

-Royal Nooteboom Trailers B.V., the largest subsidiary, specialises in the production of vehicles for abnormal road transport.
-NTOS Used Trailer Centre concentrates on buying and selling used special transport vehicles world-wide.
-Floor Trailers, acquired last year, is focused on the niche markets within the traditional semi-trailer and drawbar trailer sectors.
