Liebherr giant for SED Cranes & Access Village
Towering over this year's SED Cranes & Access village will be Ainscough's new 500 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1500. The crane will be on its way to Ainscough's Heavy Crane Division
headquarters in Wigan.

Ainscough's Liebherr LTM 1500 will be one of the stars of the Cranes & Access village
The LTM 1500 is on an eight-axle carrier (16 X 8 X 12) and has a 50 metre main boom which is fitted with Liebherr's "Y Suspension" guying system to gave extra capacity. The crane can also be rigged with a 91 metres long luffing fly-jib.
The LTM 1500 can lift 500 tonnes at 3 metres radius on main telescopic boom and 3.6 tonnes at a maximum working radius of 108 metres with fly-jib.
The crane joins an impressive array of Liebherr equipment on stand 1C in the Cranes & Access village. Also on show are the MK80 mobile tower crane and the new LR 1100 hydraulic crawler crane. A total of eight cranes will be on Liebherr's stand and six of them are making their UK debuts at the show.
The Cranes & Access village is held in assocition with "Cranes & Access" magazine.
