Jekko goes with JT

Italian spider and pick & carry crane manufacturer Jekko has appointed JT Cranes as its official distributor for the UK.

The new distributor contract was recently signed between Jekko sales manager Alberto Franceschini and Russ Taylor, managing director of JT Cranes.

The two companies say that their strategy is to initially target the market for larger spider cranes with its SPX1275, SPX1040 and SPX527 and the new SPK60 crawler crane. JT Cranes will cover the entire market, providing sales, service and replacement parts support etc….

Based in Bedford JT Cranes was founded in 1981 provides a full repair, maintenance, rebuild and testing service for cranes and has a spider crane rental fleet. The JT Cranes team will man the Jekko stand at Bauma next month, and will used the combined stand at Verikal Days to launch a new SPX1275in June.
