In order to help promote the new name and look the company has also signed up Fijian born rugby player Nathan Hughes of the Coventry based Wasps. Hughes will be available for company events and will drive a new vehicle sporting the new Clements branding. Earlier this week Hughes was named as a member of the 45 strong England elite player squad and will attend a pre-season training camp which could lead to him playing in the English team this autumn. “
Clements chairman Jim Longstaff said: “we have been trading under Clements Plant & Tool Hire since 1990 and it no-longer reflects what the business is about. We changed our style to Clements Equipment Hire a couple of years ago, but decided to freshen things up and have adopted a completely new logo and the trading style of Clements Plant & Access Hire.”
“Nathan and his Wife – Ella are customers of Clements and it was a logical move to open discussions with them to work alongside the company.”

Managing director Adrian Hutchinson added: “Clements has been in business in Coventry since 1965 and we needed to rebrand to more truly reflect what we did. We are in the process of changing everything to have the new logo and aim to have this complete by the end of August.”
