Genie offers free delivery

Genie has introduced a free delivery service in North America on all replacement parts orders with a value of $750 or more that ship by ground transportation.

The company ships parts from two warehouses one in North Bend, Washington and other in Southaven, Missouri to help ensure faster delivery.

Senior global parts director Ryan Lusso said: “When an aerial work platform in a rental fleet is in the shop, there is a lot of pressure to get it back in the field as quickly as possible. Having the right parts in the shop can mean the difference between having a machine back up and running in a matter of hours instead of days. With our new free freight programme, our customers no longer need to choose between genuine Genie parts and free freight from third party unqualified parts.”
