Socage appoints new UK distributor

Italian access platform manufacturer Socage has appointed Access Platform Sales (APS) as its authorised dealer in the UK.

APS will provide all warranty work, spare parts and service to the Socage machines via sister company, IPS. Socage also announced an extended warranty on new sales of its A314 pick-up mounted platform.

APS will offer four truck-mounted booms from Socage’s E-Series range mounted on 3.5 tonne Nissan Cabstar chassis - the 19.5 metre Socage 20TJ, 20.5 metre Socage 21DJ, 24.5 metre Socage 25D and 28 metre Socage 28D.

The appointment of APS follows the move a few weeks ago of Socage's previous dealer CPL - Cumberland Platforms - to distribute truck mounted platforms and spider lifts from Palfinger Platforms Italy.
