Haulotte for Extreme

UK based Extreme Powered Platforms has taken delivery of a number of Haulotte, booms, scissor lifts and telehandlers.

The new investment includes 10,14 and 17 metre telehandlers, 26 and 33ft DX diesel scissor lifts, 12ft Star 6 mast type vertical lifts, 10 metre Star 10 mast booms, 33ft HA12 CJ+ battery electric boom lifts and 46ft HA16RTJ Pro Rough Terrain diesel booms. The new machines will be distributed between the company’s West Midlands, London and Sussex depots.

The first batch of new machines are handed over

Extreme’s managing director Stuart Bond said:@ “After Haulotte factory visits to France and Romania last year I booked demonstrations of a number of products and both myself and my team were very impressed with not just the new range of products Haulotte has to offer, but the levels of service and unique features.”

“These include the HA12 CJ + with its 180 degree rotating jib, the built in diagnostics which made fault finding simple and fast and offered our hire desk a new level of information we don’t have with other machines and more importantly therefore less downtime to our customers. Haulotte has clearly listened to customer feedback and come a long way in recent years. I am happy to share my thoughts and experiences with any of my fellow hire proprietors in the UK on the features and benefits I have learned from these newer products.”

“Apart from the sales aspect, we have also been impressed by the after sales training offered. Over the last month all of my engineers have been to Haulotte .U.K for certificated training days and have taken something away from this process. Most of the new kit has built in diagnostics so it’s just been a case learning how to remotely fault find rather than be hands on. The new HA16 RTJ Pro booms we have bought, self-diagnose issues. I haven’t seen that technology built into booms before now and it’s a real game changer for us.”

Extreme's technical staff receive hands on training at Haulotte UK
