Sunbelt expands in LA

Sunbelt, the US division of Ashtead has purchased the Los Angeles, California based equipment rental operations of Noble Iron for $46.34 million in cash, with $1.37 million held in escrow to cover any adjustments to the purchase price following closing.

The assets include all of the rental equipment fleet, vehicles, inventory, accounts receivable and other tangible personal property used in the Business. The fleet currently based at two locations includes aerial lifts, telehandlers, excavators and other general equipment.
