Palfinger for L&N

UK based L&N Platforms has taken delivery of a 20 metre Palfinger P200 AXE truck mounted platform.

The P200 AXE has an outreach of 8.4 metres and a platform capacity of 230kg, and was delivered by UK distributor Skyking. L&N specialises in exterior window cleaning on multi storey or difficult to access buildings, in London and the ’home counties’ providing all the personnel and equipment. It also provides the lifts for other applications but with a focus on external building maintenance work, and rents the units out to companies in a similar line of work.

L&N's new P200 AXE

L&N director Lee Roebuck said: “We have run a fleet of trucks ranging from 34 to 44 metres for some time and after doing a lot of cross hiring, it was time for us to search for a good compact machine to suit our needs and this P200 AXE was perfect for those tight jobs. With a very short wheel base and low travelling height it was the perfect package and with Skyking’s help and support it was a no brainer.”
