Terex Comedils go Dutch

Dutch tower crane rental and sales company Stravers Torenkranen has ordered 22 Terex Comedil flat top tower cranes.

The order includes six new CTT 332-16s, five new CTT 182-8s and 11 used CTT 231-12s. They will join a fleet that already has around 100 Terex flat top tower cranes.

The CTT 332-16 has a maximum capacity of 16 tonnes and can handle three tonnes at its maximum jib length of 75 metres, whist the eight tonne CTT 182-8 can lift two tonnes at its maximum jib length of 65 metres. The 12 tonne CTT 231-12 can handle 2.1 tonnes at its maximum jib length of 70 metres.

Terex CTT 332-16

Established in the 1980s, Stravers Torenkranen began as a maintenance and repair company for construction machinery. The business grew and developed into a tower crane rental and sales operation, and has been the official Terex Comedil distributor for the Netherlands since 2003.
