Easy Lifts for South Africa

South African sales and rental company SkyJacks has ordered a number of Easy Lift spider lifts including the 21.2 metre R210BA and 26 metre RA26HY.

The R210BA units - which have an outreach of 11 metres - have been ordered with lithium ion battery power packs and the 13.5 metre outreach RA26HYs are hybrid machines that combine a lithium battery and a diesel engine. Both platforms have a maximum platfomr capacity of 200kg. Some of the aerial lifts have already been delivered, Easy Lift will carry out technical training in South Africa when the delivery is completed later this year.

Established in 1978, SkyJacks is based in Boksburg in central South Africa and runs a fleet of aerial lifts from six to 44 metres, spider cranes and telehandlers. A few months ago it was appointed the official distributor for Dingli platforms in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia, Kenya and Tanzania.
