Tat Hong open JV in China

Tat Hong Holdings Ltd, the Singapore based crane rental company has announced the establishment of a joint venture crane hire business in China - Shanghai Tat Hong Equipment Rental Co. Ltd

The business will a Foreign-Sino equity joint venture company between Tat Hong International Pte Ltd, Tat Hong’s wholly owned subsidiary and Shanghai Zhao Mao Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd, a company related to Fushun YongMao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.

Tat Hong will own 60 percent of the shares in the new business and Shanghai Zhao the balance. The new company will primarily rent out tower cranes in China
The joint venture will have an initial registered capital of $3.5million.

Tat Hong runs a fleet of over 500 cranes including one of the world’s largest crawler crane fleets. The company also has a major base in Australia.
