Jekko adds Swedish dealer

The Italian spider and mini crawler crane manufacturer Jekko has agreed a distribution partnership with Hüllert Maskin, which will trade as Svenska Jekko.

Hüllert Maskin is based in Vara, to the north west of Gothenburg, its principle product line is Merlo, which it has represented in Sweden for more than 20 years. The company was established in 1945 and became a JCB dealer for Western Sweden in 1973, selling its first telehandler in 1979. The company claims market leadership and operates a number of service points across the country including direct employees and service partners.

The Hüllert Maskin headquarters in Vara

The first Jekko cranes will include a 2.4 tonne SPX424 and a 2.7 tonne SPX527, both units are diesel powered and equipped with cold weather kits to allow operation in Sweden’s more extreme winter temperatures. They will arrive early in the new year.
