The man is not only balancing on top of the grab/clamp attachment, but also resting a hand on the linkage and its potential pinch points. If this is the facility of the haulage and waste handling company that our respondent claims it is, then this is a highly profitable medium sized company, for which the cost of a brand new aerial work platform would be the smallest of small change.
