Shuttlelift RTG for Swan

UK based Swan Housing Associates has taken delivery of a 27 tonne/metre Shuttlelift SL 35II rubber tyred gantry crane.

The SL 35II provides a lifting height of 7.28 metres and is powered by a Deutz Tier 4 engine. Overall width is 5.91 metres, and it can be operated by wireless remote control. Swan Housing has recently invested in a new factory dedicated to the offsite production of modular housing units.

Production manager Simon Ward said: “It’s mobile and suits our requirements in design and movement. Being a new business venture we had to make sure to choose the right option in the marketplace and Shuttlelift provided quality and good delivery time at the right price.”
