Magni UK has appointed Alfa Access Services to provide aftersales support for its telehandlers in England and Wales.
Alfa Access will support the Magni products from its headquarters in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, using its team of mobile engineers, all of whom have been to the Magni factory in Bologna to undergo factory training, while the office has been directly linked to the factory server to enable the efficient processing of parts orders and warranty claims. The deal was confirmed at Vertikal Days last week.
Alfa Access owner Allen Freeman said: "Magni UK and Alfa have been in ongoing discussions since last year to understand what level of service support a brand like Magni demands. Our engineers have already undertaken training in Italy and our support staff in the UK have had training for parts supply and any warranty issues. We think that Magni will fit perfectly with the other high quality manufacturers that Alfa look after within the UK."
