100t Liebherr for Merkel

German rental company Merkel Autokrane has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Liebherr LTM 1100-5.2 All Terrain crane.

The five axle LTM 1100-5.2 features a six section 52 metre main boom and a 10.8 to 33 metre bi-fold swingaway extension. The crane is also able to travel with 11.5 tonnes of ballast, and has been delivered to the company's depot in Bamberg.

Established 13 years ago, Merkel runs a fleet of cranes ranging from 30 to 250 tonnes, as well as telehandlers, aerial lifts and transport equipment, from four locations, Bamberg, Schlüsselfeld, Burgkunstadt and Nürnberg.
