JLG launches truss jib attachment
JLG has launched a fork mounted extendable truss jib for lifting and placing suspended loads such as roof trusses.
The attachment is designed for a maximum fork size of 60 x 178mm x 1.8 metres long. It provides a maximum capacity of 3,630kg, and can handle 907kg at its fully extended length of 3.65 metres. It is targeted at builders setting wooden trusses and putting up post frame buildings and erecting low rise steel work. It is available for both JLG and SkyTrak telehandlers. The jib is one of several jib types in the JLG attachment portfolio.

Senior product manager, telehandlers John Boehme said: “The new fork mounted extendable truss attachment provides a multitude of solutions for the job site. It helps expand the versatility of the telehandler by providing a low profile attachment designed for handling suspended loads.”
