406 Haulottes for Coates

Australia’s largest rental company Coates Hire has taken delivery of 406 Haulotte aerial lifts in a deal worth more than A$7 million ($5.02 million).

The machines include 350 19ft Optimum 8AC scissor lifts, 20 46ft HA16 RTJ Pro articulating booms and 36 27ft Compact 10 and 33ft Compact 12 DX scissor lifts. All of the machines feature Haulotte’s Activ’Screen for maintenance and on board diagnostics, while the booms include Haulotte's Activ’Shield Bar secondary guarding system and Activ’Lighting which lights up the machine and the area around it for safe loading and unloading.

Coates Hire category manager Dan Goodfellow said: “Haulotte was able to offer products that meet our strategic and commercial needs.
