Gerken takes first Leo30T plus

German access rental company Gerken has taken delivery of the first 30 metre Teupen Leo 30T plus spider lift, with another on order.

The new machine provides an outreach of 17 metres with an unrestricted platform capacity of 80kg, 14 metres with 300kg, or 12.7 metres with the maximum platform capacity of 400kg. The Leo 30T plus has an overall weight of 4,500kg, can be operated by remote control. It comes with a 1.2 metre platform as standard, with three alternative options of 900mm, 1.5 metres and two metres available. A 450kg capacity hook for lifting duties is also available.
