JLGs for Russian airline

Russian sales and rental company Vertex has delivered two JLG aerial lifts to an unnamed Russian airline company, a 53ft 530LRT scissor lift and an 86ft JLG 860SJ telescopic boom lift.

The 530LRT has a platform capacity of 680kg, and an overall width of 2.31 metres. The 860SJ offers 23 metres of outreach with a 230kg platform capacity, or 340kg at an outreach of 18.3 metres. Both aerial lifts are fitted with movement sensors, an emergency shut off system to avoid damage to the aircraft and special lighting for working in all areas. They will be providing maintenance on Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
