Versalift acquires Trueco

Versalift has acquired Shelby, North Carolina based forestry equipment distributor Trueco a long time Versalift dealer. No details of the transaction have been released.

The deal will become the building block for Versalift’s new Forestry division.
Trueco – or to give its full name -Truck and Utility Equipment Company, was founded in 1984 by Robert Trice and sells forestry/arborist related products throughout the USA and Canada

Time/Versalift choif executive Curt Howell said: “Trueco has done an excellent job selling Versalift truck mounted aerial lifts for forestry applications to its customers, nationwide. We welcome the Trueco team to Versalift, their subject matter expertise on forestry equipment and excellent customer service make them a valuable asset as we continue to execute upon our expansion strategy."
