Third depot for JMS

UK rental company JMS Powered Access has opened a new depot in Dartford, Kent.

The new location will serve customers in south and east London, Kent and Sussex and is the company’s third depot, the others being Harpenden, Buckinghamshire and Leeds, West Yorkshire. The company also has an office at the Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire to provide an access rental service for the media, film and TV industry.

Birds eye view of JMS’ new depot

Managing director Mark Jackson said: “Our new depot is ideally placed to enhance our service for customers south of the Thames. It is also right in the middle of one of the most dynamic economic development areas in the UK. JMS Dartford will help us guarantee the fast and consistent machine delivery and collection times that are a hallmark of our service. It gives us more space to stock our growing hire portfolio of boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers and forklift trucks. We are also very pleased that, over time, it will allow us to create more jobs in the local area, contributing to the success of the local economy.”
