The new spider lift was tested on a nearby industrial building to JMS’ headquarters, where it carried out a full roof inspection

JMS managing director Mark Jackson said: “The Hinowa 33.17’s performance attributes are going to prove popular with many of our hire customers, enquiries for lithium-ion battery powered machines are increasing as the message about the sustainability and reputational advantages they confer continues to spread. The machine’s excellent reach also delivers operational benefits for working at height in areas where space is constrained, both internally and externally.”

JMS is based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, southern England, with depots in Leeds and Dartford. It also has an office at Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire. The company runs a fleet of boom, scissor, spider, trailer and push around lifts.
