Double crane fatality

Two men died on Sunday after an articulated pick & carry crane overturned in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The crane had arrived to help extract a truck loaded with leather from the mud caused by heavy rains. However according to reports we have received the crane, a tractor based pick & carry crane, overturned onto the truck owner Abdul Rahman,34, and the truck driver Nakur Aafan, 30, casing them fatal injuries.

Another local report claim that the set of chains used to pull the truck had broken causing a whiplash effect on the crane. We have not been able to confirm this aspect of the report.
