Hybrid Movex for France

France's LVM Nacelles has taken delivery of a Movex 16.4 metre electric/hybrid TLH16 truck mounted lift

Mounted on a 3.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter, the TLH16 offers a 9.8 metre outreach and a maximum platform capacity of 230kg. Based in Allonne, near Beauvais in the north east, LVM has ordered the machine for one of the local authority customers it serves, which include the department of Seine & Marne, the town of Noyon, Boulbon, Deauville and Pays de Meaux.

Spanish aerial lift manufacturer Talleres Vellila, which sells its aerial work platforms under the Movex brand, says that the increasingly tough rules for carrying out work within city centres is driving its development programme towards hybrid and all electric machines in order to meet the growing demand.
