Six Link-Belt tele-crawlers for Bigge

US based Bigge Crane and Rigging has confirmed an order for six Link Belt telescopic crawler cranes, comprising of 127 tonne TCC-1400s and 230 tonne TCC-2500s, for delivery this year.

The TCC-1400 features a six section 59.5 metre main boom plus a 9.4 to 16.7 metre bi-fold swingaway extension for a maximum tip height of 78.5 metres. The TCC-2500 boasts a 68 metre seven section main boom with a maximum tip height of 105.4 metres.

Bigge, based in San Leandro, California, agreed the deal in principle at Conexpo and has started to take delivery of the cranes.
