First for Asia Pacific

New Zealand based crane rental company Porter Cranes has taken delivery of a 50 tonne Grove GMK3050-2 - the first to be delivered in the Asia Pacific region.

The three axle crane features a 48 metre five section main boom, a seven metre swingaway extension and MAXbase variable outrigger setup. The new machine was weighed, tested and delivered by local dealer TRT, before being put straight to work erecting steel at the Waikeria Prison.
