Naboen acquires Bærum Liftutleie
Norwegian aerial lift rental company Bærum Liftutleie has been acquired by Stavanger based general rental company Naboen
The business will be merged with Naboen’s Oslo based heat and ventilation rental business, with the Bærum name being replaced by Naboen Utleie Oslo.
Naboen believes that with the additional operation it will exceed revenues of NK160 million (€20 million)this year.
Chief executive Nina Aasland said: ”We are very happy to strengthen our position in the Oslo region part of our ongoing growth strategy in eastern Norway. The Oslo region is showing strong indications for the years ahead.”
Founded in 1996, Naboen has been growing rapidly since 2010 since when it has opened full service depots in Hugesund and Bergen.
