German rental company Hüffermann Krandienst has acquired Frankfurt based crane and heavy haulage company Eisele AG Crane & Engineering group for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1988, Eisele employs 60 and runs a fleet of cranes with capacities from 30 to 500 tonnes as well as a number of aerial work platforms and telehandlers from its location in Maintal, east of Frankfurt.
Company owner Claus Eisele said: “At the core of the merger was the bundling of the respective strengths and the corresponding use of synergies. Another focus was mutual support for complex projects. In addition, the focus is on developing individual service concepts, but we are also on the same wavelength on a personal level."
Hüffermann managing director Daniel Janssen, added: “I see the strengths of my colleagues from Eisele, in particular in the project business and engineering for crane and heavy duty work. A very competent team with many years of experience! With the large fleet of vehicles and the full range of services of the Hüffermann group, we can jointly serve our customers even better and more extensively. ”
Established in 1913, Hüffermann runs a large fleet of 160 mobile and crawler cranes with capacities up to 1,000 tonnes from its base in Wildeshausen, north western Germany. It also has a fleet of truck mounted platforms, scissor lifts and boom lifts, as well as a fleet of heavy transport and haulage vehicles.
