Riwal rolls out online parts shop
Dutch international sales and rental company Riwal has added to its My Riwal Parts sales operation.
The basic online parts platform, developed in partnership with SmartEquip, was launched on a trial basis for Dutch customers in June. The company has been expanding the range of parts offered and has now decided to launch internationally. As part of the rollout, further features include a fully responsive website that is suitable for all devices and available in nine different languages. It also offers exploded views based on the type of machine, serial number and part number and multiple delivery addresses.
