US rigging and transportation company ProLift Rigging has acquired Nebraska based Prime Rigging.
Established in 2005, Prime Rigging provides rigging and industrial related services, including machinery removals and installation, throughout the Midwest from its location in Lincoln. It also operates as a full service centre for a number of products and brands.
Prime Rigging co-owner Carl Applegate, said: “This couldn’t be a better fit. The opportunity to join a team that will allow us to deepen the client relationships we currently have by providing a broader range of services to meet their needs is tremendous, while allowing us to expand our reach geographically to offer these services to a wider range of clientele. From a cultural fit, we’re excited to join a company that places the same high value on customer service and business integrity and shares a vision for continuing to build a company that is both outstanding to work with and to work for.”
ProLift chief executive Matt Brennan, added: “Prime’s history is solid. They have developed unusually deep relationships with their customers. Culturally, they align with ProLift very well. We’re really excited to have Carl Applegate, Tim Geis, and the rest of the Prime team joining the ProLift team.”
Founded in 2010, ProLift Rigging offers rigging and transport services throughout the US from more than 11 locations.
