Iteco’s new side extension

Iteco launched a new version of its IT4680 - 4.6 metre platform height scissor lift at Bauma with a slide out deck that widens the platform rather than lengthens it.

The side extension on the Iteco IT4680M

Based on its recently introduced direct electric drive micro scissor range, the 15ft platform height lift maintains its 800mm width to allow passage through a single door. Once in the work location the platform can be extended 360mm creating almost 1.2 metres of elbow room in which to work.

The lift was created as a special order for one of its customers and the company thought that the combination of single door access and wide platform might appeal to other users,
