Klubb appoints Kunze

French vehicle mounted lift manufacturer Klubb has appointed Kunze as its dealer for Southern Germany and Austria.

Established in 1988 by Karl Kunze, the family owned company is based in Bruckmühl south of Munich, with a location in Austria. It employs around 30 and operates a 150 unit rental fleet in the local area and sells aerial lifts and spider cranes on a national basis, supported by a network of service partners. Its sales division offers a wide range of new lifting products, including spider lifts and self-propelled road rail platforms from Platform Basket, BG Gru spider cranes, Faraone low level lifts ELS scissor lifts, Haulotte booms and Dino trailer lifts. The company also runs a training department and is an IPAF member.

Chief executive Charly Kunze said: "The final contact with Klubb was set during the Platformers Days in Karlsrühe, but we already knew about the company since their reputation grew within the last years as their sales volume has grown in Europe. We are convinced about the performance of the brand and believe that Klubb shares our values."
