The old scissor & fork truck routine

We have received a video clip taken in Ireland last week, we understand showing a man not only using both a fork truck and a scissor lift to work on a house, but using them in combination to provide a working platform over the door without blocking the entrance!

Whatever made him think that this was good working practice is a mystery. He has though cordoned the machine off from the street to protect against traffic, but then let the pedestrians fend for themselves in terms of risk.

So much wrong here that is blatantly obvious it does not justify further comment.
