Freche Location becomes FLS

French rental company Freche Location has changed its name to FLS and taken delivery of a new 52.6 metre Multitel MJ525 telescopic truck mounted lift, mounted on a 32 tonne chassis with 21 metre three section articulating jib.

The maximum outreach is 37 metres with 120kg in the platform, while 500kg is available at almost 32 metres, and the maximum capacity of 600kg at 30 metres outreach. The lift also offers up to 33 metres outreach at an up & over height of 28 metres and up to 15.5 metres of below ground reach.
FSL has specified the new machine with 360 continuous slew and the optional 180+180 degree platform rotation, allowing the basket to be rotated around obstacles to achieve the optimum position and working area. The new machine joins an already extensive fleet of Multitel Pagliero platforms, both truck mounted and spider lifts.

Family owned Freche/FLS was established in 1966 and is based in Vitrolles on the north side of Marseille. Today it is managed by Laurence and Eric Freche and operates a fleet of around 5,000 machines, including a large number of booms, scissor lifts, truck mounts, underbridge inspection platforms and spider lifts as well as telehandlers. The fleet is spread across 23 locations, covering the south of France, Occitania - Toulouse/Montpellier Perpignan- Nouvelle Aquitaine - South East France and the Ile de France - greater Paris region - with more than 220 employees.

Last year the French rental association DLR, in partnership with BPT Magazine, named the company as Loueur de l'annee - Rental company of the year.
